Since 1993 Paul Hatfield has been improving homes and gardens in the Bay Area through design, carpentry and essential handyman services.
His calling and passion center on being of service to elders. Inspired by helping his grandmother, Paul founded Able Access Home Modifications to help other elders confidently and safely live in their homes — and gracefully age-in-place.
Paul is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and an associate member of the National Association of Home Builders. He is a lifetime member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, and an associate member of California Association for Health Services at Home (CASAH).
For larger projects, Able Access partners with long-time associate and General Contractor, Jonathan Houle. This arrangement enables Able Access to serve clients on a wider variety of projects.
